   game of go

   A competing game in which two people alternately place black and white pieces respectively on a square board with vacant intersections of a grid.

   Korean definition: 가로와 세로로 줄이 그어진 네모난 판에 두 사람이 각각 흰 돌과 검은 돌을 번갈아 놓으며 승부를 겨루는 놀이.

   • 공원의 정자에는 할아버지들이 삼삼오오 모여 바둑을 두고 계셨다.

     At the pavilion in the park, old men gathered in small groups playing go.

   • 바둑을 두다가 내가 실수로 한 수를 잘못 두는 바람에 승부가 상대 쪽으로 기울고 말았다.

     While playing go, I made a wrong move by mistake, and the game ended up tipping in my opponent's favor.
