   The lower part in a mountain with a stream.

   Korean definition: 물이 흐르는 골짜기.

   • 꽁꽁 언 계곡 물을 보니 이번 겨울 추위가 얼마나 혹독한지 알 수 있었다.

     Seeing the frozen stream in the valley, I could tell how harsh the cold was this winter.

   • 산행을 시작한지 얼마 되지 않아 수목을 따라 계곡이 내 눈앞에 펼쳐져 잠시 발을 담그고 놀기로 했다.

     Not long after I started hiking, a valley opened up before me along the trees, so I decided to dip my feet in and play for a while.
